ZERO TOLERANCE RULES
**PLEASE NOTE VOILATION OF THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL SUBJECT YOU TO BE DISCHARGED FROM THE WOMAN SURVIVAL PROGRAM AND EVICTION FROM THE RESIDENCE.
1. ZERO TOLERANCE for drug or alcohol use. *No engaging in illegal substance manufacturing, possession and/or distribution will be tolerated. PRESCRIBED NARCOTIC MEDICATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Continuous sobriety is required should a resident resume usage the contract will be terminated and the resident will be evicted from the residence. Any items containing alcohol such as rubbing alcohol and mouthwash are not permitted. ** Absolutely no alcohol or drug use on or off the premises.
2. ZERO TOLERANCE for smoking in residence or on the premises. Residents who do smoke must smoke in the designated area outside the residence.
3. ZERO TOLERANCE for stealing -Taking food or household items from others without permission is considered stealing. We encourage community cooking, meal planning, and sharing dinner time together. This is to assist in developing a family like structure.
4. ZERO TOLERANCE for sexual activity between residents, staff or guests. There is to be no form of physical contact between residents, staff or guest.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE for physical or verbal confrontation with staff or resident. Any language or gestures determined by staff to be consistently abusive or threatening will be grounds for eviction from the residence.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE for any new criminal activity, new criminal charges will terminate contract.
7. ZERO TOLERANCE for destruction of Woman Survival or other residents’ property. Any damage to property will be subject to reimbursement.
8. ZERO TOLERANCE for overnight guests. Under no circumstances are guests permitted to spend the night.
9. ZERO TOLERANCE for borrowing money from staff or residents.
10 ZERO TOLERANCE for spending the night out. At Woman Survival we have a strict curfew that you must abide. Sunday thru Thursday Curfew is at 6 p.m. and Friday thru Saturday curfew is 8p.m. No Exceptions.
11. ZERO TOLERANCE for refusal of drug/alcohol urine screening.
